GTG on-Wing Engine Compressor Washing System (Truck Mounted System)

This system consists of three tanks. One 100 Gallon tank to hold pure de-ionized water, one 100 Gallon tank to hold waste water when collected by the "collection suit" the recovery system" and one 75 gallon tank to hold either detergent or more pure water.

Green Jet Wash® has two filtration systems. One which allows regular tap water to become 100% pure, mineral-free de-ionized water before entering the tanks and the other is to treat the effluent when collected by the recovery system.

The electrically driven pumps are capable of delivering up to 30 GPM of pressurized fluid into the delivery hose. Unlike other injection systems, our system eliminates the hassle of carrying and servicing nitrogen bottles to pressurize the tanks.

The delivery hose could be (depending on the operator's choice) connected to J shaped probes which are entered from the back of the bypass duct and then held tight against the core case. This is to ensure 100% water/detergent injection into the engine core. This method also eliminates opening of the cowlings and Thrust Reversers and reduces the time spent for a complete engine wash.

The control panel on the system has illuminated gauges which allows the operator to read the fluid quantity and temperature in both tanks and turn switches to activate the pumps for water/fluid delivery.


GTG On-Wing Engine Compressor Washing System (AJW-114B) (spec sheet)

The standard system consists of two tanks. One 60 Gallon tank to hold pure de-ionized water, and one 60 Gallon tank to hold more pure de-ionized water or detergent.

The pure water/detergent tanks can electrically heat up the water/detergent content.

This system also utilizes a de-ionization filtration system which allows regular tap water to become 100% pure, Mineral-free de-ionized water before entering the tanks.

The electrically driven pumps on the metal frame of the rig is capable of delivering up to 30 GPM of pressurized fluid into the delivery hose. Unlike other injection systems, our system eliminates the hassle of carrying and servicing nitrogen bottles to pressurize the tanks.

The delivery hose could be (depending on the operator's choice) connected to J shaped probes or J hooks (2 provided with basic system) which are entered from the back of the bypass duct and then held tight against the core case. This is to ensure 100% water/detergent injection into the engine core. This method also eliminates opening of the Cowlings and Thrust Reversers and reduces the time spent for a complete engine wash.

AJW-114B has a sturdy folding tow bar and hitch which could easily be transported.The overall dimensions: 8 feet long (including the tow bar), 4 feet tall and 4 feet wide. The control panel on the rig has illuminated turn switches allowing the operator to read the temperature in both tanks and to activate the pumps for water/fluid delivery.

This system consists of three tanks. One 60 Gallon tank to hold pure de-ionized water,One 60 Gallon tank to hold waste water when collected by the collection suit and one 60 gallon tank to hold either detergent or more pure water.

The pure water/detergent tanks can electrically heat up content through a heating system.

AJW-114C system has two filtration units. One which allows regular tap water to become 100% pure, mineral-free de-ionized water before entering the tanks and the other is to treat the effluent when collected by the recovery system.

The electrically driven pumps on the metal frame of the rig is capable of delivering up to 30 GPM of adjustable pressurized fluid into the delivery hoses. Unlike other injection systems, our system eliminates the need for carrying and servicing nitrogen bottles to pressurize the tanks.

The delivery hose could be (depending on the operator’s choice) connected to J shaped probes which are entered from the back of the bypass duct and then held tight against the core case in front of the 1st stage stators ahead of the 2nd stage compressors. This is to ensure 100% water/detergent injection into the engine core. This method also eliminates opening of the cowlings and thrust reversers and reduces the time spent for a complete engine wash.

AJW-114C has a sturdy folding tow bar and hitch which could easily be transported in and around an airport.

The overall dimensions: 9 feet long (including the tow bar), 6 feet tall and 6 feet wide.

The control panel on the rig has illuminated switches allowing the operator to read the
temperature in both tanks and turn switches to activate the pumps for water/fluid delivery.


GTG Delivery, Collection and Waste Water Treatment System (AJW-115) (spec sheet)

This system consists of three tanks. One 90 Gallon tank to hold pure de-ionized water, One 90 Gallon tank to hold waste water when collected by the "collection suit" the recovery system" and one 42 gallon tank to hold either detergent or more pure water.

The pure water/detergent tanks can electrically heat up the content through a heating system.

AJW-115 (Green Jet Wash®) system has two filtration units. One which allows regular tap water to become 100% pure, Mineral-free de-ionized water before entering the tanks and the other is to treat the effluent when collected by the recovery system.

GTG Waste Water Treatment System (AJW-110) (spec sheet)

This system consists of one 77 Gallon tank to hold waste water when collected by the collection suit installed on the engine. AJW-110 utilizes a unique filtration system to treat the effluent when collected by the collection system for proper disposal. The electrically driven pump on the metal frame will deliver the waste water from the holding tank to the 3 stage filtration system for adequate disposal. The unit also utilizes a sturdy folding tow bar for ease of storage and hitch for transportation of the unit in and around the airport. Estimated overall dimensions: 9 feet long (including the tow bar), 5 feet tall and 5 feet wide.

GTG Collection Suit (Bag)

Our "collection suit" is the only system in the world that collects all of the effluent coming out of the engine while performing engine compressor wash and conveniently fits in a carrying case. This system partially encapsulates the engine. The material this suit is made of is of a space age fabric which is extremely light and durable and has proved to be ideal for its purpose. This suit conveniently fits in a duffle bag and stored in the van. The material and the workmanship of this suit is rugged enough so it could be used over and over again for years to come if handled per manufacturer's specs.
